The hotel was cosy, clean, cute and artsy. The staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The Fred Perry clothing was a nice touch for the staff. The location was excellent. A wonderful hotel. Comfortable pillows too.

The hotel is really cozy, with very nice rooms - everything was really fine. All the staff was so heartwarming. When we arrived, they gave us lots of ideas what to do and visit in Lisbon. There is also a bar and a restaurant in the hotel, and they are also very nice. We used to sit there every evening for some drinks. The breakfast is served in another hotel that is only a few steps away. Breakfast was also very good, and all the staff there was really nice as well. The hotel is located near the Praça do Comércio, also near the Rossio, and the Elevador de Santa Justa is not far.

Hotel is very centrally located. You are in the middle of the tourist centre where all the shops are. You are a stone throw away from metro Baixa and you can walk to the river in 10 minutes

Great location ! Beautiful boutique hotel with large room and comfortable bed. Really great lobby/restaurant with thoughtful decorating and excellent drinks. Staff was wonderful!! (Thanks to Alfonso for the upgrade to a better room!) Great hotel collection (Browns Boutique/Central/Downtown/Rossio) and we really liked the location of the hotel since we walked most places.

Great location - right in the center, and the metro station is close by. The staff is really nice and friendly! The room was quite big and nice. There's a Marshall soundbar and a small kitchen space with a kettle, coffee maker, wine glasses and so on. There's even an apple monoblock in the room! Comfy beds. Also despite being right in the center, it was quiet at night, so good sleep. The breakfast is marvelous, with lots of options, also hot ones (eggs, bacon, sausages, some french pie, etc.), and the breakfast room is absolutely lovely. Also the hotel provides welcome drinks, both alcoholic and not. And they were totally fantastic! I highly recommend not to skip those!

The lobby is absolutely wonderful! Coffee, breakfast, a quick bite of bread and olives when we were hungry, and the Wonderful Welcome Drink are above and beyond any where else! Excellent staff from the front desk, serving staff, and house keepers! ( I love this place can you tell) Location is perfect too!

The hotel location and staff were exceptional. The room on arrival was beautiful, and I really appreciated the staff preparing my room as early as they could.

It was a nice room, with comfy beds. The bathroom was spacious, clean and there was enough light at the mirror to put on make-up :) The staff was really helpful and friendly. We didn't eat breakfast so I can't say anything about it but the bar was cosy. The location was perfect and it never was noisy in the room. Check-out time until 12.00 is really nice too.

Stayed in room 402. Initially booked a small room with interior view. But they gave me a much larger room, with street view. I could even see a bit of the castle in the distance. Very much appreciated! The room was beautifully decorated, cozy, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Location of the hotel is just perfect, shops, restaurants and sights are all within walking distance and there’s a metro stop (Baixa-Chiado) in less than a 3 minute walk to explore the rest of the city with ease. Staff was very welcoming and the hotel (which is also a bar/restaurant) has a good atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here.

The reservation would have gotten all 10's except for some surprise (to me) construction during my stay. Staff couldn't have been nicer. I could tell the the ambiance would have been superior was it not disheveled. The location couldn't be more perfect. Center of everything but easy to walk out of touristy center and relax in more authentic surrounding. The tourist center is fun too.
